Willamette Mission State Park
Battle Reenactment
July 3-5, 2010

This year marks the 20th annual event at Willamette Mission State Park! Approximately 1000 reenactors are expected at the event demonstrating the living and fighting conditions of the early 1860's. Reenactors will be in period dress, living in period camps and recrating the battles of the civil war. Visitors can see civilian, military, musical, fashion and medical demonstrations throughout the weekend. This event is one of the most well-attended events in the northwest with a great battlefield and excellent support from the state park.
Schedule
9 am: Period camps open to the public
11 am & 3 pm: Military Battles
Medical, musical, fashion and military demonstrations each day
"Living History" demonstrations continuously in the camps
6 pm: Camps close (Friday and Saturday only. Camps close at 3 PM on Sunday.)
Admission
Adults: $6
Seniors, Students age 6-18: $4
Children under 6: Free

Getting to Willamette Mission
Take the Brooks exit (Exit 263) off I-5 and follow the signs to Willamette Mission State Park, located west of the interstate along the Willamette River. The event area is 6.3 miles from Interstate 5. Camps, sutlers and battlefield are located far into the park.
