NCWC Membership Forms
Membership Form - This form should be submitted to the NCWC after acquiring membership in a recognized unit. Your unit commander must sign the form before it will be accepted by the NCWC.
Minor Release Form - Required for all minors participating at events!
"Pay to Play" Form - All
non NCWC members wishing to participate in any of our events are required
to fill out and present a "Pay to Play" application to the registration
booth at each event. This includes anyone wishing to participate, military
or civilian, camp or just visit if they are not of the paying public. The
application is to be signed by the unit commander under which the non-member
is a guest. The fee for the non-member "Pay to Play" is $10 per
event. With that the guest receives a temporary event card as well as a
temporary parking pass which allows them access to the entire event and
parking in the membership parking lot. Please download the application form,
have it filled out and signed by the appropriate authority before presenting
it to the registrar. Thank you and welcome to our snapshot in history.
